are a mini version of our larger boxes and are sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
Each cup comes packed with 3 skewers of meat, cheese, fruit and olives/pickles
and then topped off with a bit more cheese, a few nuts and a delicious piece
of European chocolate. They can also be individually wrapped and with a little
notice, personalized for your special occasion!

Premium Meats
Choose from a selection of European-inspired cured meats including genoa salami, prosciutto di
Parma or chorizo sausage. If you are looking to spice things up, add some calabrese to your order.
On the healthier side, we offer smoked turkey breast, or Thunder Bay's very own Commissary kielbasa
or as some call it "koobasa".
GENOA SALAMI
Originated in the area of Genoa, Italy, this pork salami has a fermented, acidic flavour with more spices than hard salami.
HUNGARIAN SALAMI
Originated in Hungary, this salami is slightly smoked and mould-ripened, made of pork, bacon, and a variety of spices.
FIG & PORT SALAMI
Figs & Port Salami is an Italian dry-cured salami that is made with figs and port wine.
CALABRESE
Spicy
Calabrese is an Italian dry sausage made of mainly pork, but also beef. It is traditionally very spicy.
CHORIZO SAUSAGE
Cured smoked pork sausage seasoned with paprika from Spain or Portugal that gets its deep red colour from dried smoked red peppers.
KIELBASA

Kielbasa is a type of Polish sausage that is coarse, not smoked and has a heady garlic flavour. We purchase our Kielbasa exclusively from The Commissary!
PROSCIUTTO

Prosciutto is a type of Italian dry-cured ham that is thinly sliced and uncooked.
ROSEMARY HAM

Traditional ham seasoned with fragrant rosemary for a savory, herbal twist.
SMOKED TURKEY BREAST

Artisan Cheeses
Some would argue this is the star of the show! Choose from a fine selection of delicious cheese from
around the world. Go bold with Stilton Blue, mild with creamy Havarti, traditional with aged cheddar

BRIE
Brie is a soft cow's-milk cheese that is rich, buttery, fruity, earthy, and delicious with any of our pairing spreads
GOAT CHEESE
Goat cheese is made from goat's milk and has a tart, earthy flavour
AGED CHEDDAR
Aged cheddar is a dense, solid cow's milk cheese that is flaky and has an intense and sharp flavour.
GOUDA
Gouda is a sweet and creamy, yellow cow's-milk cheese that has a caramel-like, dense, and springy flavour.
CREAMY HAVARTI
Creamy Havarti is a mild, very creamy, natural, and semi-soft cheese made from cow's milk.
PROVOLONE
Provolone is a rich and salty cheese that is sharp but not too strong and has a sweet finish.
FRESH BOCCONCINI (WITH 'EVERYTHING BUT THE BAGEL SEASONING')
Semi-soft mozzarella balls with a mild, buttery flavor and a hint of sweetness.
STILTON BLUE CHEESE
